About me

I’m a neuro coach. and I’m passionate about how people think and behave. I use applied neuroscience and break this down to a practical level to help people understand how the brain works, and the impact our thinking and behaviour has on wellbeing, performance, and other people. When we know how something works we tend to use it better.

My background

After 15 years in corporate with front-line experience leading local and global teams, it was time for a change. I started my own consultancy in 2009. Wanting to know more about how we think, what motivates us and the performance impact is what drew me to applied neuroscience. Since 2014 I have continued to invest in my learning and study, training with a neuroscientist to develop as a neuro coach, undertaking accredited study and professional development. I’ve recently returned to study as a PhD candidate. My topic of interest is cognitive diversity and creative intelligence.

There’s so much to learn and I love what I do. Keep learning - keep growing.

How I work

As a neuro coach I get to spend time doing what I love, and help people change the way they think, feel and behave. My job is to leverage and disrupt how people think, to challenge, and facilitate positive change to achieve neuroplasticity.

There will always be change and uncertainty, complexity and pressure – and today more than ever we need the tools to help us adapt, build mental fitness, and be happy and healthy.

Coaching is about relationships, and earning trust. Trust is a big part of what I do in creating a safe environment for coaching and learning. My values are care and integrity, and they guide and influence everything I do.

Change your brain, change your life.
